海洋物探分公司根据市场情况预测2024年至2028年施工及部分潜在的采集项目震源需求情况如下：
Based on marketing condition of demand, BGP Offshore predicts 2024 to 2028 potential acquisition projects ，need Marine compressed air seismic source as below:
----尼日利亚道达尔，雪佛龙及壳牌深水ROV节点采集项目需三源9子阵震源船一条，工期2024年至2028年；BP印尼项目需要三源9子阵震源 船一条，工期2025年第一季度至2026年第四季度；科威特OBN 3D项目，需要双源6子阵震源船一条，工期2024年四季度至2028年。---- The deep-water ROV node acquisition projects of Total, Chevron and Shell in Nigeria need a seismic source ship with three sources （nine sub-arrays） from 2024 to 2026. BP Indonesia project needs a seismic source ship with three sources（nine sub-arrays） ,from the first quarter of 2025 to the fourth quarter of 2026.The OBN 3D project in Kuwait needs the double sources with 6-subarray seismic source vessel from the fourth quarter of 2024 to 2028.Total need two sets 。
----租赁方式，将采取BGP Offshore 东方公司海洋物探分公司提供DP多功能船舶，市场租赁震源模块方式进行。数量：两套;框架有效 期：3年。
------The method of leasing will be DP multifunctional vessels provided by the Marine Geophysical Exploration Branch of BGP Offshore East Company and seismic source modules will be leased on the market. Quantity: two sets; Frame validity: 3 years.

① 最高限价为不含税价格；The maximum price is tax exclusive;
② 招标结束后与中标人签订框架协议，根据具体采集项目由东方公司关联公司与中标人签订具体的租赁合同。
② Sign a framework agreement with the winning bidder after the bidding, and sign a specific lease contract with the winning bidder according to the specific acquisition project by the affiliated company of BGP Company.
③投标报价上限为招标控制价，投标报价无下限，高于招标控制价，投标将被否决；
③ The upper limit of the tender offer is the bidding control price, and there is no lower limit of the tender offer, if bidding price is over the bidding control price will be rejected;
④投标人负责将货物运输到当地的主要港口，其他运输费用及其他相关费用由招标人承担。
④ The bidder is responding to deliver the goods to main port at manufacturing location, other freight relevant costs will be effort by tenderee.

3．本招标文件每份售价为200元人民币（只接受人民币），售后不退。有兴趣的合格投标人可从2024年5月15日至5月22日，每天（节假日除 外）上午9:00 至11:00, 下午1:30至4:00(北京时间)线上办理招标文件购买事宜。具体购买流程分以下3个步骤：①投标人应先联系标书售 卖人：梁爽010-62065512，并将单位授权书（如为代理商投标，还须提供制造商对本次投标的唯一授权书）发至邮

The price of each bidding document is RMB 200 (RMB only), non-refundable after sale. Interested and qualified bidders
can purchase bidding documents online from 2024-5-15 to 2024-5-22, every day (except holidays) from 9:00 am to 11:00 PM
and 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM (Beijing time). The specific purchase process is divided into the following three steps: ①The

of the unit (if bidding as an agent, the manufacturer's unique letter of authorization for this tender shall also be

payment, account password is consistent with China's oil tendering electronic trading platform, For specific operations,
